1. Will my orders be saved for future viewing?

If you are signed in into our online store before purchasing, then your purchase history will be saved automatically


2. Do you ship to overseas?

No. We do not ship to overseas for now. We only take orders within Peninsular Malaysia at the moment.

*NOTE : If paying the order using oversea address, we will not held at any responsibility to refund or appeal.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

5. Can I refund/exchange my product?

As we like you to be satisfied with your purchase with us, we allow you to return your purchases and to seek a refund of the price PROVIDED that :-

  1. The product was bought from our Online Store
  2. There is damage to the product which,in our opinion is the result of a manufacturing defect and/or mishandling during delivery in transit, rather than :-

    b.i.by abuse or negligence(e.g. exposure to chemicals,caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc ) ;or

    b.ii.by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (e.g. use of court shoes for outdoor activities or as work boots ); and

  3. The damaged product is returned to us within FOURTEEN (14) days after you have taken delivery of the product(s).

  4. Products that you wished to return upon manufacturing defect and/or mishandling during deliver in transit must have label tag attached on the product. We do not held any responsibilities for any torn label products to be returned/exchanged.

  5. Before purchasing, please choose the correct size and colour carefully as we do not return/refund or exchange products that are mistakenly purchased by customers online.


6. How do I checkout?

Our simple checkout process is design to help you complete your order efficiently.Follow this steps :

  1. If you are our returning customers or have already register your account with MAXX Online Store, you can use your email to login. Otherwise, you can check out as a guest or create an account.

    • Having an account will have benefits of members offers during our specific members campaign and also able to save your order history.

    • Fill in your personal information to proceed with the next checkout step.


  2. Payment Information

    • You can either pay with debit or credit card through our FPX Payment channel. Besides, direct transfer is also available if you do not have debit/credit card. The supported direct transfer banks are:

    • Once you entered your data, money will be transferred from your card once you confirm your order.

    • Note that to ensure the safety of your data, your debit or credit card data will not be stored in our system.


7. How do I choose the right size?

There is a “SIZE GUIDE” on every product display page right next to the “ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS”. Note that we typically factor in a plus/minus of around 1/2 inch of the measurements to account the variations in production.


8. How do I use my voucher code?

Upon checkout, there will be a “DISCOUNT CODE” on top of the page. Enter the voucher/discount code into the box and click “APPLY COUPON”


9. What should I do if my products arrive damaged or defected?

If you have received product which is damaged/defected, please DO NOT remove any tag on the product. We do not held on any responsibility to refund/exchange if there is no tag on the product upon return. We would recommend you to chat or contact our customer service team at

And let the representative knows the details of your package. Our customer service team would also require you to provide visual evidence (Eg.photo or video) of the product in order to expedite the process.


10. How do I return my orders?

You can return your orders via postal returns (note that postal charges are on buyers own expenses).Returns are managed on a case to case basis, so please contact our customer service team as soon possible with your proof of purchase, and we will arrange for a placement of product or refund when necessary.

Postal Returns

You can return your online order within 14 DAYS of receiving your order. Please kindly follow the postal return steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team

  2. Provide our customer service team your order details and reason for returns.

  3. Print out your return form that will be provided to you by our customer service team via email.

  4. Insert your return form into the return parcel and seal the parcel

  5. Proceed to the nearest post office to post back your returns.

  6. Take not of the tracking number stated on the shipping label provided by the postal service as a reference.

11. Why there are two different logo in this website?

As we are undergoing rebrand process, our official logo will have a minor changes in this transition period.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in Malaysia. Subject to the Arbitration section below, each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Government of Malaysia to waive any objections based upon venue.



ARBITRATION


Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be referred to and finally settled by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator held in Malaysia in English and governed by Malaysian law. The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field in Malaysia and is independent of either party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Site reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunction or other equitable relief through the courts.

  1. Interpretation

    "Buyer" means the person who accepts a quotation of MAXX ONLINE STORE for the supply of Goods or who otherwise enters into a contract for the supply of Goods with MAXX ONLINE STORE.

    "Conditions" mean the general terms and conditions set out in this document and (unless the context otherwise requires) any special terms and conditions agreed in writing between the Buyer and MAXX ONLINE STORE.

    "Contract" means the contract for the purchase and sale of Goods, howsoever formed or concluded.

    "Goods" means the goods (including any installment of the goods or any parts for them) which MAXX ONLINE STORE is to supply in accordance with a Contract.

  2. Basis of the Contract

    The supply of Goods by MAXX ONLINE STORE to the Buyer under any Contract shall be subjected to these Conditions which shall govern the Contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions contained or referred to in any documentation submitted by the Buyer or in correspondence or elsewhere or implied by trade custom practice or course of dealing.

    No variation to these Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing between the authorized representatives of the Buyer and MAXX ONLINE STORE.

    Any typographical clerical or other error or omission in any quotation, invoice or other document or information issued by MAXX ONLINE STORE in its website shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of MAXX ONLINE STORE.


  3. Orders and Specifications

    Order acceptance and completion of the contract between the Buyer and MAXX ONLINE STORE will only be completed upon MAXX ONLINE STORE issuing a confirmation of dispatch of the Goods to the Buyer. For the avoidance of doubt, MAXX ONLINE STORE shall be entitled to refuse or cancel any order without giving any reasons for the same to the Buyer prior to issue of the confirmation of dispatch. MAXX ONLINE STORE shall furthermore be entitled to require the Buyer to furnish MAXX ONLINE STORE with contact and other verification information, including but not limited to address, contact numbers prior to issuing a confirmation of dispatch.

    No concluded Contract may be modified or canceled by the Buyer except with the agreement in writing of MAXX ONLINE STORE and on terms that the Buyer shall indemnify MAXX ONLINE STORE in full against all loss (including loss of profit) costs (including the cost of all labor and materials used) damages charges and expenses incurred by MAXX ONLINE STORE as a result of the modification or cancellation, as the case may be.


  4. Price

    The price of the Goods and/or Services shall be the price stated in MAXX ONLINE STORE ’s website at the time which the Buyer makes its offer purchase to MAXX ONLINE STORE. The price excludes the cost of packaging and delivery charges, any applicable goods and services tax, value added tax or similar tax which the Buyer shall be liable to pay to MAXX ONLINE STORE in addition to the price.

    Promotion product did not include shipping fee.


  5. Terms of Payment

    The Buyer shall be entitled to make payment for the Goods pursuant to the various payment methods set out in MAXX ONLINE STORE ’s website. The terms and conditions applicable to each type of payment, as contained in MAXX ONLINE STORE 's website, shall be applicable to the Contract.

    In addition to any additional terms contained in MAXX ONLINE STORE ’s website, the following terms shall also apply to the following types of payment:

    1. Credit Card - Credit Card payment is possible for all Buyers. When the Buyer places an order with Credit Card on the MAXX ONLINE STORE website, the transaction is handled by Paypal. This system is certified and allows MAXX ONLINE STORE to accept payments such as Visa and MasterCard and. All credit card numbers shall be protected by means of industry-leading encryption standards.

    2. Debit Cards - MAXX ONLINE STORE accepts all Malaysian Visa and MasterCard debit cards where subject to bank availability. All debit card numbers shall be protected by means of industry-leading encryption standards.

    3. Direct Payment/Bank Transfer - By choosing this payment method, the Buyer shall transfer the payment for the goods to MAXX ONLINE STORE ’s account for the total amount of the Buyer’s purchase (including any applicable taxes, fees and shipping costs). The transaction must be payable in Ringgit Malaysia. MAXX ONLINE STORE, in its sole discretion, may refuse this payment option service to anyone or any user without notice for any reason at any time. For the time being, MAXX ONLINE STORE accepts online bank transfers from AmBank, Bank Islam, CIMB Bank, Hong Leong, Maybank, Public Bank, RHB.


  6. Delivery/Performance

    Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer in its order

    MAXX ONLINE STORE has the right at any time to sub-contract all or any of its obligations for the sale/delivery of the Goods to any other party as it may from time to time decide without giving notice of the same to the Buyer.

    Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only. The time for delivery/ performance shall not be of the essence, and MAXX ONLINE STORE shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or performance howsoever caused.


  7. No Warranty

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAXX ONLINE STORE excludes all conditions, warranties and guarantees (whether express or implied by or arising under status, common law, equity, trade custom or usage or otherwise), and makes no representations, relating to the products ordered by you, including warranties or guarantees of acceptable quality, merchantability and fitness for purpose.

    These Conditions of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysia law. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts to settle any dispute which may arise under these Conditions of Sale.
